Building features include a swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center, 24/7 security officers, 24/7 front desk, business center, vending machines, minimarket on the 1st floor with an ATM machine inside, on-site cafe, valet parking, and shared washer and dryer on each floor. A laundry card can be purchased at your own expense on the 1st floor. A registration fee of $41.50 is required at check-in to authorize use of all condo amenities such as the pool, parking, and fitness center. A Pack and Play Crib is available upon request.
