There is onsite laundry as well as off street parking for $80 per month or the option to park on the street. This building does have AC for those hot summer days! Nearby is Odyssey Italian Restaurant, Stoney’s Bar and Grill, Sky Bar, Exile Kitchen, Trader Joes, Safeway, Fillmore Theater and so much more! Available NOW! Rent is $1450 a month with a separate utility charge of $50 covering water, sewage, and trash. Internet, electric, and gas are separate. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $600 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check. We are PET FRIENDLY! Pet rent is $35/month with a $300 refundable pet deposit. Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR): 1) Applicant has the right to provide Rio Real Estate with a PTSR that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Rio Real Estate with a PTSR, Rio Real Estate is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Rio Real Estate to access or use the PTSR. If Applicant provides Rio Real Estate with a PTSR: a)the PTSR must be available to Rio Real Estate by a consumer reporting agency/third-party website that regularly engages in the business of providing consumer reports; 2) the PTSR must comply with all state and federal laws pertaining to use and disclosure of information contained in a consumer report by a consumer reporting agency; and c) Applicant certifies that there has not been a material change in the information in the PTSR, including the Applicant’s name, address, bankruptcy status, criminal history, or eviction history, since the PTSR was generated. To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check.
