Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, this home is approximately 15 minutes from Ft. Moore, 5 minutes from Columbus State University, 20 minutes from Fort Moore, and 10 minutes from downtown, where you can enjoy the scenic Chattahoochee River. The downtown shopping area and restaurants are all 5 minutes away. Lake Bottom Park has a gravel running trail, baseball fields, and plenty of great places to relax as a family. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard.
