The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 1919 Market
Do not live here. While living here, the services were great, and the people who work as concierges and repairmen are amazing. But the management is absolutely horrific. I lived here for 2+ years, and when I moved out when leaving the city, they were absolute vultures at getting as much money out of me as possible in the end. Do NOT live here. It may be nice during, but it's an absolute nightmare at the end that is not worth it.

Property Manager at 1919 Market, Responded To This Review
Hi Carolina- Thank you for the five star review. We are so glad you had an amazing virtual tour of 1919 Market Street. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
I have never experienced such a disappointing level of customer experience than with 1919 Apartments. It takes days, if not weeks, to get the leasing office to return an email or phone call and only after following up multiple times. The leasing management is unprofessional, incompetent, and disorganized. Please do not make the same mistake I did in signing a lease with this apartment complex. I wholeheartedly regret it.
You're steps away from everything you need - a Trader Joe's supermarket, CVS pharmacy (opening downstairs), fresh La Colombe coffee, Amtrak Main Station and even the amazing Schuylkill River cycling/running/walking trail. Not to mention the brand new amenities coming soon - full gym, pool, rooftop lounge and even a golf simulator! The best part of living here though? You're well looked after by a spectacular team of staff who truly care about your stay. As you're inspecting other apartments in the area, you won't greetings as warm as the one at our concierge desk - every... single... day. Plus, you'll find your neighbours are mostly young professionals who are super friendly and live harmoniously in the middle of the city. Got a question? Ask me, a real-life resident! Lastly, if you mention me (Michael Lieu) on your application, contact me for your $250 cash reward via the residents internal forum :)
