Modest Townhouse
What can I say, I've lived here for two months now and thus far I can only say this apartment is mediocre at best. I live with two roommates in this 4 bedroom section of a Townhouse, which keeps the rent at bay and is surprisingly pleasant due to their relatively reclusive nature. The apartment itself isn't the cleanest with three males living here, but we try. The entryway and garage doors are very loud, announcing the presence of any who open them. This ground level also includes one bedroom and a bathroom, both of which are decently large. The second floor contains a kitchen with all the necessary amenities, however they are quite outdated (early 1990s). Also on the second floor is a half bathroom, a small 4 person dining area, and a sizeable living room. On the third and top floor, three bedrooms of middle size and a full bathroom with tub and washing machine and dryer (similar age as the kitchen appliances) are located. Every room except the bathrooms is carpeted with a shag carpet that could be replaced soon, but still does the trick. All in all, with a little more thorough cleaning I would give the place three stars due to the low price and location within walking distance of UNL City Campus.
