There are a total of 13 windows in the apt. looking out toward the PV hills and our Pool so it is very bright and cheerful with great privacy and open feeling & with plenty of cross ventilation. An outside staircase leads up to the entrance on the second floor. The entrance opens to a sun room with storage that can be used as an office,work space,or TV/Music area. The main large room with many windows can be used as living or bedroom. Rent includes all utilities(gas and electric),Cable TV and Internet with WIFI.
