Don't rent here
Don't rent here, look somewhere else. This building is incredibly overpriced for the quality of the place. There are always kids running around screaming in the front, the patio, parking lot, driveway. The parents don't seem to care what their kids do. There has been bed bug issues and roach infestations. I think the roach issues is more on the tenants however. They'll only cover one or two repairs and then they'll start billing you. It doesn't matter that the building is old and outdated. You'll also be lucky if you get a quick response back for repairs even if it's urgent. They're management team isn't the nicest either. They care about the business not the tenants. The neighborhood used to be good but it's been declining over the years. Things have been stolen from the parking lot and from cars and management has done nothing to help with security. Just don't rent here, you'll find nicer places in Glendale
