This classic and timeless space brings a historic building back to life, preserving its 1890s charm while featuring marbled quartz countertops, brand new appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a comfy-cozy bed. The free parking advertised is one private parking space behind the building, available only for stays of 21 days or longer. Outside of this, there are wonderful parking lots and parking garages nearby, as well as street parking, both free and paid. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking or lighting anything in the property is not allowed, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and may incur additional fees. Throwing unauthorized parties is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, and may lead to prosecution. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Excessive pet hair cleanup incurs a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors incurs a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys.
