You can not have any criminal record on background check. - major credit card info for $1800 (2BR) / month rent payment in full plus $1800 refundable security deposit. Sorry, no cats! We love cats but they can pee on carpet. Dogs okay in some of our rental homes (3 of our homes & some restrictions apply). We have new carpet and have had cats ruin new carpet pad from peeing on carpet, since new place and moving. I have had cats all my life and know for a fact this is a real potential.
