Feel at home in this Capitol State Heights apartment, a perfect getaway for families. This home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms and can sleep up to ten guests. Guests will climb the backstairs to get to the rear door with a digital keypad for entry. Inside, there is a comfortable living space with a queen sofa bed, a futon, and a SmartTV. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals. There are four cozy bedrooms: a king room, a queen room, a full bedroom, and a room with two twin beds. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Outside, enjoy the fenced-in yard and a great patio out back! Pets are welcome with a fee. A Pack-N-Play and a vacuum are available upon request. Private parking is provided for guests, and Uber and Lyft also service the area. The neighborhood is charming and established, conveniently located near the Interstate, downtown, shopping, and dining. It's located two miles from downtown and three miles from the White Water Park. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
