This home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Once you step inside, you will be greeted by a modernly designed living room with a decorative fireplace. Off the living room is a dining room adjoining the fully equipped kitchen. There is a little hallway from the front door which leads to a half bathroom going to an extra living space, laundry area, and a large sunroom. You will also find a ping pong table, free Wi-Fi, and Roku TV. This is a pet-friendly home and pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pack-N-Play and vacuum are available upon request. This home is in a residential area and is conveniently located with easy access to major highways, interstates, restaurants and more! It is only a few minutes away from Baptist Medical Center South. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. [SI]
