There is one bedroom on the main level and the primary bedroom, as well as the other two guest bedrooms are on the second floor. Very open layout with the kitchen and living room merging into one large room. There is a gas fireplace in the living room and a formal dining room located right off the kitchen. The kitchen features stainless appliances. Washer and dryer hookups included in the laundry room that is located on the second floor with the bedrooms. Tenant will need to supply their own laundry machines. There is a large backyard and an attached three car garage. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities. Home is dog friendly for additional fees. Sorry no cats. The community has an indoor and outdoor pool as well as tennis courts however Covid regulations may affect the availability. This home is conveniently located minutes from Parker for any entertainment and shopping needs and is just down Hess road from I-25 for any commuting you may need to do. This property is proudly managed by PMI Parker. We have the same requirements for all our properties, and these requirements are listed below. All advertised rent prices include a benefits package that includes an HVAC filter replacement plan, resident liability insurance coverage, access to a tenant portal allowing you multiple ways to pay rent, as well as access to a 24/7 emergency maintenance number. The portal charges a $2.95 fee each time a rent payment is made via ACH. Other payment options are available but may include higher fees. All adults who will be living at the property must pass our screening process. This process will verify the following... Criminal Background- Only convictions are considered. Credit Score - We offer many packages to assist people with credit issues. Income verification- The combined income of all tenants must be 2 times the monthly rent. Eviction and rental history. There is a $45 non-refundable application fee for each adult that applies. Once applicant passes screening, they will be required to pay a full month rent to hold the property. First and last months rent may be required depending on screening results. A security deposit equaling one-month rent is due to lease the property. There is a one-time $150 lease initiation fee due at lease signing. Low credit applicants may be required to enroll in our high-risk tenant program at a cost of 3% monthly rent. A dog is allowed in the property and there will be the following pet related charges $300 Pet deposit Monthly pet rent determined by size of pet not to exceed $35 per month per pet Pets must pass on our partner website This website charges $30 per pet.
