About This Property
Location Location Location!!! This community has a private pool and hot tub, just steps away for your enjoyment. The unit boasts a small, fenced backyard. There is a washer and dryer in unit as well as a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one has a deck overlooking the common area. The upstairs bathroom has been recently remodeled! 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms Utilities are not included. Pets are welcome with a 500 non-refundable deposit per pet !!! 2 pets max, no monthly pet fees!
