The apartment is composed of: First floor entrance, foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, public bath, 2 bedrooms, master bedroom, master bath, and balcony. The apartment is approximately 1300 SF. You enter this apartment from the first floor front porch into a private stair which is wide enough to move in large furniture with ease. At the top of the steps is a large foyer with room for a wardrobe, desk, shelving or valet. The dining area opens off the foyer to the front of the unit. The dining area is small, but has a lovely wood columned arch connecting it to the living room and a glass door opening onto the balcony. The Balcony has a nice view of the neighborhood and is large enough for a couple of chairs and a small table. The living room is nice and large with a bay window overlooking the neighborhood. It is connected to the dining room and kitchen through large doors, so the three rooms function as one extended space. The kitchen is large and modern. It has maple cabinets and tile counter tops. There is room for a baker’s rack in one corner and a dinette in another. It is fully furnished with double door fridge, dishwasher, glass top stove, recessed lighting, and ceiling fan. The public bath is just off the foyer in the hallway to the bedrooms. It is very nicely renovated with custom tile counters and plenty of storage. The Master bedroom suite features a private bath and built in hall shelving.
