This suite features a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher with pods provided. A drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and other essentials are also included. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in-unit with detergent provided, as well as central heating and high-speed Wi-Fi. Relax in the living room with a comfortable sofa and a 50" smart TV with Netflix. The full-size 4-piece bathroom includes towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Optional upgrades are available, including a National Park entry upgrade, welcome basket, birthday decor package, romantic wine and flower package, spa at home package, movie night upgrade, Christmas tree and decor, Halloween decor and pumpkin carving package, winter cozy package, beer tasting kit, diffuser and aroma set, additional bedding and sleeping arrangements, grocery pre-stocking service, and a pet-friendly package, all subject to availability. This suite is conveniently located 1 minute from Cornerstone Marketplace for groceries, dining, and daily essentials. It's also 5 minutes from Stoney Trail and 10 minutes from Deerfoot Trail for seamless city access. Genesis Centre is 10 minutes away, while Calgary International Airport and Prairie Winds Park are both 11 minutes away. CrossIron Mills is 12 minutes away, and Sunridge Mall and Peter Lougheed Centre are 14 minutes away. TELUS Spark Science Centre and Calgary Zoo are 19 minutes away, and Downtown Calgary is 20 minutes away. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking, or loud music are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and guests must be mindful of neighbors and basement tenants. There is a strict complaint policy: one complaint is a warning, and the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, as there is a noise detector. A pre-arrival form, ID verification, and agreement may be required before check-in. Any damaged linens, towels, utilities, or equipment upon check-out will be subject to fees. Guests must follow all municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost, and failure to sort waste will result in a CAD 100 fee. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of CAD 50 for the first hour, followed by CAD 35 for each additional 30 minutes. Includes an office work area. [SI]
