Not worth it

This place gets worse every day. The buildings are falling apart after every storm. Office staff are rude and unprofessional, see them smoking around the property, they are also rude and they lie about your deposit. You have to pay a monthly deposit until you move out!! It doesn’t matter if you renew your lease so glad in moving out

Living here

I recently moved into Carling on Frankford, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. From the moment I toured the property, it was clear this place stands out for its blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The apartment itself is spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The layout is thoughtful, with an open-plan living and dining area that feels modern and inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample storage, making it a joy to cook and entertain. The bedrooms are generously sized, and the closets are walk-ins, which is a huge plus! The amenities here are top-notch. The building features a state-of-the-art fitness center, a rooftop lounge with stunning views, and a beautiful outdoor pool area. The on-site management team is incredibly responsive, always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests, which makes a big difference in the overall experience.

Do not move here

Constant hot water issues, front office staff is horrible and will not respond to emails or pick up the phone, maintenance is horrible. Be prepared to see dead rats or just rats period. Just don’t move here

Find another place.

I moved in 11\19.First days there no hot water. Called office some lame excuse of the boiler needs to be turned up.This went on for a few days. Same excuse. I tried calling office good luck with getting them to answer. I finally went in and said i had no hot water. I was called a liar. Then i went to the main office of corporate on messenger complaining. The district manager called me. Sent over a District maint super. Come Jan 6 had hot water. Upstairs started leaking called the em number no answer same woth tenant upstairs. It took 41/2 hours to get someone to come. Then no locks on storage units. I was leaving and found a homeless person sleeping in the one next to mine. Save your money maintenance is a joke. As with office staff.

Beware!

These apartments are the worse. Hot water in the summer, cold water in the winter. No A/C, no heat, enter your apartment at will and then lie and say you refused entry. A Real Slum! Never Again!

STAY AWAY

These are definitely apartments I would AVOID! The buildings are falling apart and whenever there is a maintenance issue they come in and put a band-aid on it. I had to have the HVAC system worked on approx. 6 -7 times since moving in. On a couple occasions the AC stopped working. The other times I had RUSTY water dripping from the ceiling on me in the shower. It took maintenance 4 different attempts to fix the issue. The Manager Monica REFUSES to return phone calls and will not have her regional manager contact me after several requests. Maintenance shows at my door unannounced despite the fact that I have made numerous requests to be notified prior to attempting any repairs. The kick plate from my dishwasher is still sitting on the floor of my kitchen from the service repair OVER A MONTH AGO!!

Always plenty of parking!

I like that I can always find parking. The place is ice and quiet for he most part. The laundry room is small but its always clean and they have new machines. My apartment does have washer and dryer connections like most of them do but I opted out on having the washer and dryer. The gym is ok, needs an upgrade, good for beginners. The pool is a good size and it's pretty quiet. I've been living here for 2 years now. the office people are cool. maintenance is pretty good too.

They have made big improvements!

I just renewed my lease for another year because of the new and improved people in the office. They finally got the right people who care and listen to your concerns. I finally got things fixed in my apartment. The place is always clean and I like that I can always park right in front of my door. I mostly stayed because of the location. it's only a few minutes from the Dart station, I work downtown so its easy for me to park and ride , which saves me money. I recommend the place to my family and friends.

Great New Office Staff! The Maintenance team is knowledgeable and responds quickly! The parking lot needs repairs but overall the place is neat and always kept clean.

Perfect Location!

Beautiful location, easy access to restaurants, major highway, and shopping. There's a daycare right next door which is super covenant for my family and I.

I love it here. The pool and the grill is so nice. The girls and boys in the office are so great too. Always so happy to help you. My apparenment is close to work and church and it’s great. I have lots of dri nds here too.

I do not recommend

I just moved into these apartments not even a week ago and the air is out. I called when the office was open and someone came out. He worked outside for about an hour just to tell me he added Freon and should be working shortly once it’s circulated. 2 hours goes by and the thermostat still says 89 degrees, sometimes 90. So, obviously what he did didn’t help if the temp is only going up. I’m so adamant about the AC because I have a 7 week old child in the apartment. I called the 24 hour maintenance emergency line 2 times and no call back. On the voicemail I’ve even said there’s a newborn in my apartment and still no call back. Again, I haven’t even been here a week, and I’m already getting a bad taste in my mouth about these apartments. Texas heat is no joke and I hate they didn’t take it as an emergency. I wish there was a satisfactory guarantee, bc i would move out after this. ???????? I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Frankford Place is the best place to live in Carrollton

I've lived here at Frankford Place for 7 years now and It's the perfect place to live in Carrollton, TX. Literally everything you need is right across the street at the corner of Josey Ln. and Frankford Rd. for perfect walking convenience. It's built right on the beautiful Green Belt river that provides a great view in all seasons. The amenities are fabulous, the prices are reasonable and you couldn't ask for better management. I'd recommend Frankford Place to all. Come check us out.

Frankford Place Apartments

These apartments are very spacious! Not to far from downtown Dallas. The new office management is great. They are very helpful. Great pool with a grill on the patio.
