You’ll have access to a well-equipped kitchen that has everything you need to cook a fabulous dinner, including a dining table for four and a dishwasher. The master bedroom features a king-size memory foam bed, while two other guest rooms each have a queen-size bed. The bathroom includes a bathtub/shower, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and clean hotel-quality towels. The living room features a modern and comfortable couch, a smart TV with free Netflix/Roku, basic local channels, and high-speed internet. The cooling and heating system is equipped with humidifier control for additional comfort. Extra bedding sheets for air mattress and bath towels are provided for parties of eight guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Located in a prime area near Buford/Sugar Hill, this home is only 8 minutes from Hamilton Mills and the Mall of Georgia, offering easy access to shopping and dining options. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. No smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is allowed anywhere inside or outside within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, with no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is given, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay for small pets under 25 lbs. The property is equipped with security cameras outside for added security. Guests must include all guests in their booking and provide information 24 hours before or after check-in. The guest whose account is used to book must be present for check-in.
