The master bedroom features a king-size memory foam bed you won’t want to get out of, while two other guest rooms each have a queen-size bed. The bathroom features a bathtub/shower, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and clean hotel-quality towels. The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the kitchenware needed to make it your own is perfect for any culinary endeavor. If you just want to hang out and lounge, the living room features a modern and comfortable couch and a smart TV with free Netflix/Roku, basic local channels, and high-speed internet. The cooling and heating system is equipped with humidifier control for additional comfort no matter the season. This home is very well kept, professionally cleaned, and sanitized after each use. Extra bedding sheets for the air mattress and bath towels are provided for parties of eight guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Located in a prime area near Buford, this home is only 8 minutes from Hamilton Mills and the Mall of Georgia, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10:00 a.m. A penalty fee of half the night’s stay will be applied automatically for late check-out. No smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is allowed anywhere inside or outside within 10 ft of the property, with a violation resulting in an additional $250 cleaning charge. No loud noise, parties, or any type of event that will disturb neighbors or the surrounding area are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, and no unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any unregistered guest will automatically result in an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. This is a pet-free rental, but small pets less than 25 lbs may be approved with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets per stay. The outside front and back around the house are equipped with cameras that are actively on 24/7 for added security while not intruding into guests’ privacy inside the home. Guests must ensure they have a crime-free record and will not carry any weapons to the property. The property receives quarterly regular pest control treatment, but insects and pests are inevitably present in the Georgia southern climate. Immediate removal of all guests and no refund will be issued if any house rules are violated during your stay.
