Century city with all its restaurants, shopping, and movie house is only FOUR blocks away!!! Walgreens, Clementine Cafe , cleaners, and gas station just around the corner! When my wife and I lived in this building, 14 years ago, we would take our new infant son for wonderful walks PAST Century City, into the Beverly Hills area........... Wow! Those were wonderful years for a leisurely brunch/lunch and that hot latte........ Just imagine the hours you will save each month by NOT driving to Century City, or the warner studios which are very close by. Cats are O.K. , but dogs are not.......Sorry! This is a non smoking unit, and property. Good credit of 700 or higher is a requirement to rent this lovely apartment

Very attractive cabinets, with triple pull out drawers in the pantry to reach all of your food stuffs at the rear!;...... double pull out drawers for your pots and pans, for easy access! ..........Also a built-in trash and recycle bin cabinet! Imagine doing your laundry, in your own PRIVATE full-size washer machine and full-size dryer at your fingertips........ What a convenient pleasure!...... Beautifully tiled bathroom with a tub, and swimming turtles (LOL), and granite top vanity with storage space. Bedroom with a large closet, 2 storage areas above the closet. Small hallway has an additional closet, and shelves for linens and upper storage space. View of Century City is from the front living room window. Other windows view open areas, kitchen window views greenery, as does the bedroom window, and the bathroom window. Open on-site parking for one car. Century city with all its restaurants, shopping, and movie house is only FOUR blocks away!!! Just imagine the hours you will save each month by not driving to Century City, or the warner studios which are very close by. Note: My wife and I lived in this building! we would take our baby in the stroller, and walk past Century City, right into the heart of Beverly Hills. Those were wonderful days and wonderful memories. So come live in this great location and start creating wonderful memories that will be with you forever!! Have that hot coffee latte on your walk, enjoy a delightful brunch in many of the restaurants in Beverly Hills, and watch the world go by......... Without ever getting into your car and looking for a parking space, and that darn meter that takes your money......LOL Walk to Century City!! This is a charming top floor unit with crown moldings, and hardwood floors throughout! Ample closets and charming light fixtures. Large capacity Washing machine and dryer, with stainless steel drums for a more sanitizing wash and dry, are located inside your unit! Imagine, not going to laundromat, How sweet is that! Very attractive lighting fixtures, on dimmer switches, creates that calm, romantic feeling. Bathroom is beautifully tiled. The building has six units with great tenants. Pandora Ave. is an attractive, quiet, tree-lined street to live on. Century City is only four blocks away, as is the Westfield shopping center. And Beverly Hills is just beyond Century City...... My wife and I would walk our new baby to Beverly Hills and back to our unit on Pandora......... We would have a small "tiff" on who would push the carriage!!!........ LOL......... Great memories! There are several charming restaurants including Clementines, and a Walgreens, are within three blocks of the building. There One open parking space included, at no additional charge. This is a non-smoking unit, and a non-smoking building. This location is also close to the MGM studios, Westwood and UCLA is just a short drive. The security deposit is only $1200 on approved credit. Catsare OK! The dogs are not allowed as there is no open area for them on the property. I am technologically challenged, so it's always best to call me, or text me. the worst form of communications for me is an email, which I typically miss regularly.
