HUGE bedroom that fits a queen size bed and full furniture set with space to spare, lots of closet space. Location is the middle of everything - subway (F, JMZ), express buses, bike lanes, amazing restaurants, bars, laundry, grocery stores, etc -- but on a quiet block. Tall ceilings, 1st floor walkup (only one flight of stairs). Brand new building backyard will be open in August - sit outside and enjoy the summer! I own this apartment in my co-op and will be leaving for at least 6 months. Option to continue thereafter with 1 month notice. Happy to leave it fully furnished, or remove anything you don't need - currently stocked with dishes, bed, dresser, nightstands, TV, sofa, shelves, 2 air conditioners, house supplies, etc. Looking for someone reliable and willing to take care of the place! Water and garbage included, negotiable electric and internet. Cat or small dog ok if respectable to the neighbors. Please email or text me to come by.
