The neighborhood is quiet with an abundance of wildlife trails and parks within walking distance. Little town has been called the gateway to the Rockies. If you ever wanted to live in Colorado in the mountains, this is a great town and you’re only 17 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs you’re 55 minutes away from Denver Colorado and just two hours away from some of the most beautiful Hot Springs in the state
