The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and electric plate, providing everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offering a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels to enjoy through the Roku streaming TV. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month between June 1st and October 1st. For long-term leases over 6 months, a VOE letter and a copy of the current paycheck are required. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend as a window unit.
