You won't believe how close you are to so many area attractions, including a 3-minute walk to Findlay Market, various bars and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk to Rhinegeist Brewery. The free streetcar stop, just a 3-minute walk away, will take you to most of downtown, making it easy to explore all that Cincinnati has to offer. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm-8am. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Unauthorized parties may result in prosecution for criminal trespass. Smoking and lighting anything in the property is not allowed, with a $300 cleaning fee for violations. A $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys.
