Basically what I'm saying is that you'd have to switch your car from one side to the other every hour, or risk being ticketed. - District 63 parking permit, good for 1 year is available. Must know that you'd only be able to obtain permit after 3 mos. after you've established residence. - If your budget permits, optional parking in a separate lot is available for $160. Upstairs unit, gets plenty of light, clean and quiet. This place is great! You can easily walk to the blvd. and grab a bite to eat or get some errands done. Post office, all major banks, subway transportation, grocery shopping (Gelson's, Trader Joe's, Ralph's and Yucca Market are closest), down the street from Franklin Village, Runyon Park, hop and skip to Griffith Park, great nightlife, etc... please don't hesitate to call me if you'd like to view the apt. we own the place and are very much into providing a great experience for our tenants.
