Poor maintenance and old building

Unfortunately, my experience at this apartment complex has been disappointing. The old building and slow maintenance response make it challenging to enjoy living here. The repeated wall repainting has resulted in peeling, and the overall cost feels disproportionate to the quality of living conditions.
