About This Property
This is a recently renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment that is part of a triplex located West of the Trail near Downtown Sarasota! This unit has driveway parking and the entrance brings you into the kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a pass-through window to the living room. The living area is at the front of the unit and the bedroom and bathroom are at the rear of the unit. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. This unit shares a washer and dryer with the two other units. The property is located near Trader Joe's and it's not far to the Sarasota Memorial Hospital and the Siesta Key north bridge.
