Both bedrooms are equipped with closets, heating/air conditioning units, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. In the common area, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and stove. The small dining table and chairs provide a cozy spot for enjoying meals together or planning your daily adventures. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. All pets must be approved in advance. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are requested to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for safety and security. No smoking, no pets, and no parties are allowed. Furniture and decoration may vary from the photos listed online, as updates and refreshes are periodically made. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance.
