1818 Park

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the establishment. The building is aesthetically pleasing, and the staff is exceptionally helpful. The amenities are abundant, and the location is conveniently situated in the heart of Hollywood’s downtown area, providing easy access to all the necessary amenities. Overall, I would rate my experience as an 8 out of 9, and I highly recommend it.

Building is super clean. everyone is super friendly. 10/10. The views of the complex are phenomenal. Definitely would recommend the complex to my friends and family.

Apartment is nice and the workers are as well. The only thing I’m not a fan of is my electricity bill being over $200 when I live in a suite. I’ve lived in a 1 bedroom townhouse and it never hit $200. If I keep getting electricity bills over $200 I’m not sure it’ll be worth living here.

A building is only as good as its maintenance team! Keenan and his staff are doing a SUPERB job! I would highly recommend 1818 to anyone!! The resident activities are a plus and always well attended!

We recently moved into this building. Overall, the impression is good: the building is modern, and from the 19th floor there is a stunning view of the sunsets – definitely one of the main highlights here. But there are some downsides. When we moved in, the apartment was very dirty, and we had to spend a lot of time and effort cleaning it. There is also a noticeable lack of shelves and storage space. The common hallways could be kept cleaner, and the parking spaces are very narrow, which makes parking inconvenient. Overall, the building is pleasant, and it’s comfortable to live here, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.

I want to thank the management team of Vanessa, Kathy and especially Jenniffer, for all your efforts to help me transfer into my dream apartment. As always you performed the impossible like it was easy. Please also convey my sincere appreciation to your superb maintenance team for their always cheerful and professional service. I was also very impressed with the wonderful night security lady who was on duty at the time, and who performed so well under pressure. It’s a pleasure to live at 1818 Park.

We love living here. It’s a great location, the building is very well maintained and the staff are all super friendly! They offer a variety of apartment sizes and layouts too!

So far the apartment overall has been great. Modern interior, great staff, greaat location. The amenities are wonderful- 2 pools, 2 gyms! I also really aprpeciate the upkeep of the building and the cleanliness

I like everything, but I want new sun loungers and clean pools. and if there were a permanent parking space it would be great to park cars in the same place

I’m in love with this building. My panoramic view of the sunrise and sunset amazes and delights me every single day. The building is spotless, and the people who work here are so friendly. I’m truly happy to call 1818 Park my home.

This is my third year living here and I’m definitely enjoying it. I love the location and safety of this apartment building and the friendliness of the staff. One downside is on my floor, we only have 1 washer and 1 dryer, and the other floor residents tend to leave their clothes in the machines the entire day. Another negative is you can hear the TV from the other apartments close to you.

It's a great place to live. The bad thing is that they don't clean the exterior windows, especially the part that was designed as a hotel, and during the pandemic they changed to studios. Those windows can't be opened or cleaned. They don't have window tint and they look very dirty.

Nice and comfortable stay at 1818 Hollywood park you have all you need in this amazing condo with pools gym cardio room everything work properly and the staff it’s really kind

From the moment I came here I was given nothing but the most customer survey Vanessa was very helpful with the tour that she gave me. She spoke very very highly of the complex within a week. I signed up and became a resident my first day. She waited for me later than an hour after needing to clock out. There was a party I was able to eat. Everyone that’s assisted me with customer. Service has been nothing but kind. The only thing I would say is that after I retrieved my keys, I would’ve liked a bit further of a tour of how to get around in the garage The mail room and just other small things being that this is such a big community but overall, I’m very happy. The unit is beautiful very clean. Everywhere is very well capped. Everyone is very kind. Even the people that live in the units that I’ve communicated with have been nothing but helpful. I’m very happy to start this new journey in this unit.

I had a quick and easy move-in. The smoothest move in process and I was greeted by one of my neighbors that were leaving their apartment as I was moving in.

My living experience at 1818 Park has been nothing more than a great experience . Everything from the amenities to the staff are amazing. I definitely recommend 1818 Park to anyone who is looking for the ultimate high rise experience .

Everything is great. With the exception of the front desk saying I only need to register over night guests. My friend was parked here for 4 hours and got a boot.

Everything is great except the removal of the valet parking has been quite disruptive. Management has indicated that it’s temporary pending finding a new valet parking company. Meanwhile I have to accompany my guests to and from the garage which is pretty inconvenient. The outcome will determine my lease renewal decision.

Building is in a great location for food and fun. Downtown Hollywood offers many great restaurants and a place to hang with friends and family.

this is a beautiful place to live. the views and amenities are sensational. had an issue or 2 with scooters running thru lobby and kids using the lobby as personal playgrounds but that seems to have been eliminated. i am however disappointed that our wonderful valet service is no longer available. valet service is a luxury that i know i loved.

The apartment is nice, however, for the price you pay I would expect more luxurious amenities. The turnover in property management has been confusing, but the current staff has been great. Overall, not a bad place to live.

My move experience was excellent, and I appreciated the very clear and comprehensive instructions provided by the building managers. As a result everything went smoothly. I’m finally unpacked and able to focus on the fun part of living in this beautiful place. I love the views, the solid but modern feel of the building, the sense of security and most of all the really nice people who work here. I also really like the neighborhood and am looking forward to seeing more of it as time goes by.

I am so glad that I moved into this building, the check-in was very easy. Vanessa helped with all the paperwork. The strength of this building lies in its location and the quality of the building itself, two swimming pools and a gym. I look forward to my arrival, thanks for the opportunity to live in your house.

this is the most wondeful place to live. the entire staff especially housekeeping keeps us living in the most beautiful way. shoutout to maintenance, concierge and admin too!

I keep to myself and I don’t really interact with many people at the building, to the exception of the front desk employees and maintenance. All the employees are very helpful, have a lot of patience with what they have to deal with and overall just lovely people.

Amazing community love the gym and pool areas are beautiful with an amazing view and the rooftop nice area to hang out with friends love the free coffee as well

Apartments are beautiful, quiet, and the building is well-maintained and clean. These are luxury style apartments with high-end amenities. Unfortunately, the apartments require residents to use Fetch, a package system that uses a Fort Lauderdale address and personal code for delivery which is different than our residential address. The front desk does not accept packages unless they are groceries, perishables, or medicine. With the holiday season in full force and a building comprised of business professionals I have wonderful clients who want to send me the cheer of wine, chocolates, fruit, and flowers. Unfortunately I don't know who plans to send these types of gifts to me and they obtain my address from my company who doesn't of course have my Fetch Package address and personal code. Every item sent was a "Perishable" and every item was refused by the concierge desk and sent back to my clients. I now have to send apologies to my clients who have asked why I refused their gifts. It's perplexing to me why a high-end and expensive luxury apartment complex would want the front desk concierge to be an adversary versus an advocate for residents. I've lived here for 10 months and I'll be moving at lease termination to a `new building who has more regard for the people who pay their salaries. Seems like the next package UPS delivers should be a new manager who values the residents.
