Plenty of windows allow natural light to fill the space, complemented by tiled and hardwood floors throughout. Only street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon request. This condo puts you within a short ride to the French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros. A stroll down the street offers dining options ranging from high-end restaurants to local gems. Nearby attractions include the National World War II Museum, Ernest N. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am, with a $200 fine for violations. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses for violations. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact management before their stay. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, and guests will be notified via email or text if this option becomes available. Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and a State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact management before booking. For same-day late check-ins, approval is needed before booking.
