The black bin is for all trash and the blue bin is for recycling. Please do not overfill trash in either of the bins. Any excess trash, waste, or any other mess resulting in additional cleaning will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event will result in forfeiture of your stay without a refund.
