Unwind by your private pool, in the sauna, or take an invigorating ice-bath plunge on the master balcony. Enjoy the convenience of a private pool, sauna, and ice bath. A Tesla charger is available in the garage, which can fit one vehicle. The driveway allows for two additional vehicles parked outside. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per night for one pet and $30 per night for two pets, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Conveniently located just minutes from FLL airport, the beach, and convention center, this home is directly across from a park and within walking distance to many great local eateries. It's a 10-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood airport, 3 minutes from the Broward Convention Center and Port Everglades, and a stone's throw from Harbordale Park. Fort Lauderdale Beach is only a 5-minute drive away. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Please use extreme caution while using the sauna and ice bath, as all guests must be responsible users and use them at their own risk. This property is a duplex, and Unit A is your unit; please do not attempt entry to side B. Locked areas such as garage cabinet doors and the modem box are for management use only. Please do not have the AC thermostat below 60 degrees as this can freeze the AC unit. Please do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes of any sort, sanitary napkins, or anything other than toilet paper. All loose trash is to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. The black bin is for all trash and the blue bin is for recycling. Please do not overfill trash in either of the bins. Any excess trash, waste, or any other mess resulting in additional cleaning will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event will result in forfeiture of your stay without a refund. Please ensure all pet fees are paid prior to your arrival or the entry code will not be given until it has been completed. All pets are to be leashed while outside at all times. Pets may not be on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas. An excessive cleaning fee will be applied if pet hair is found in these areas. If we receive more than 3 complaints about pet noise, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund. Please leave all items and furniture in the same place you found them. Our cleaners will charge additionally for this, and the fees will be passed down to you. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not. Starters for toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, and laundry detergent are provided. Should you need any additional items, please let us know, but it is not a guarantee. There are only three parking spaces available on the property: the garage fits one vehicle and comes with a free Tesla charger, and the driveway allows for two additional vehicles parked outside. Please do not park on the grass, street, or on any neighbor’s property. Please note that this is a duplex and Unit A is your unit. Please do not attempt entry to side B.
