The East Village Apartments provide luxury student living for full time West Chester University Students. The East Village Apartments provide 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments with W/D included, full sized kitchen and living area. The East Village Apartments offers independent lease agreements so if you don't have a roommate that's okay! We will find one for you! Our apartments are fully furnished. There is a gym, movie theater, fire pit, volleyball court, hammock garden as well as community garden for residential use free of charge. Free basic cable is provided. Utilities are included in the rent which includes heat, A/C, water/hot water, electric, sewage, and trash.
