This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed. Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals together comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and toaster oven. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offering a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV offers a variety of channels through Roku streaming TV. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A late check-in fee of $75 will be charged for arrivals after 9 PM, and a fee of $100 for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, with a pet fee ranging from $250 to $350. Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but be sure to read all posted signs to avoid being ticketed or towed. To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, provide advance notice of a few hours. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without issue. Furniture and decoration may vary from the photos listed online, as they are periodically updated and refreshed. Check-out time is before 11 AM. Before you check out, empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. Each guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in for safety and security. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
