Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and art galleries, including Veracruz All Natural, East Side King, Odd Duck, Bufalina Due, Suerte, The Skylark Lounge, Whisler's, The White Horse, The Grackle, Uncommon Objects, Breakaway Records, Parts & Labour, Blanton's Boots, The Gallery District, The Texas Biennial, Black Swan Projects and Women & Their Work. East Austin is also home to many popular attractions, including Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Park, The Blanton Museum of Art and The Paramount Theatre. East Austin is well-served by public transportation, with several bus lines running through the area, and you can also easily get around by bike or car. This home is located minutes away from downtown Austin and Rainy Street and 1 mile from the Moody Center and University of Texas. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. There are animals raised by locals near the property. If they cause any noise disturbance, please notify us promptly. If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Smoking is not allowed and will incur a minimum fee of $250, though the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed. Two pets are allowed for an additional $100 fee per pet. Please clean up after your pets. To help keep bugs outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. The landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Use the sauna at your own discretion. Sauna (and property) use is for registered guests only. Do not use under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication as it may cause unconsciousness. Do not touch a working heater/stones, it causes burns. Do not move or remove stones, as they are set in a manner to heat and steam optimally ($500 fee). No glass, alcohol, or smoking is allowed in the sauna ($500 fee). No food or beverages other than water are allowed ($500 fee), as other items can stain the surfaces. No one under the age of 17 is permitted in the sauna without adult supervision. Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy. Turn off the sauna upon exiting ($500 fee if left on). Do not cover the heater—this causes a fire hazard. Never make steam by using a water hose. No use of sauna fragrances and oils are permitted. Sauna doors should always open outward.
