A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. There are animals raised by locals near the property. For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. Refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. Do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. We take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. Keep all windows and doors closed. Feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink. The landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday, to keep the grounds looking their best and the pool tech will be there every other Wednesday.
