Features a modern and comfortable chic interior and offers a range of amenities including central AC, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen and a renovated bathroom. Step outside, you'll find a relaxing fireplace, two swing lounge chairs, a laundry area with additional storage and beautiful landscaping which include rosemary and a lime tree. The property also includes two parking spaces. Two tenant maximum occupancy and one small dog 30 lbs max will be allowed. A security deposit, one year lease and renters insurance is required. You will be able to receive Amazon deliveries, but for regular mail you might be required to change your mail options to paperless statements or get a PO Box if needed. Date Available: Feb 1st 2026.
