About 1800 15th St Denver, CO 80202

The unit is a true Lo Do loft on the 2nd (top) floor of the Wewatta Transfer building, a former warehouse built in the late 1800's. The unit features a 12' high, beamed ceiling, skylight, original polished hardwood floor and brick walls. An assigned, on site covered parking space is also included. Water, trash and cable TV is free. Tenant pays for electricity and gas. My current tenant says it usually runs around $30 / month. The unit is located close to everything Lo Do. Walk to Coors Field, Mile High stadium, one block to the Pepsi Center or the 16th Street shuttle. Explore the many restaurants, bars, clubs and shops of downtown Denver. And with light rail and bus transportation available two blocks away at Union Station one can travel throughout Denver and also to DIA. The loft is a no smoking unit. I have permitted pets in the past in rare instances. The loft will be rented as unfurnished (pictured as furnished).
