Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking house rules, including those regarding plants, loud music, parties, gatherings, events, smoking (including vaping and medical marijuana inside the home), unregistered guests, photography, furniture rearrangement, tampering with surveillance or noise monitors, or late check-outs, will result in charges ranging from $300 to $500, plus additional cleaning fees and potential reservation cancellation without refund. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but is permitted outside. High-speed internet is available for remote work needs. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $300 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time, and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. (noise-detecting technology may be used in the suite to monitor excessive noise levels). No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed at any time. Exterior video surveillance located outside the property may be used to monitor activity. Any violation will result in an immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund, a $300 violation charge, and immediate eviction from the property.
