This unit features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room includes a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed, providing extra sleeping space for guests. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and electric plate, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $300 to $450 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Located in the heart of the Upper East Side, this neighborhood is home to famous designer stores, well-known restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, comedy clubs, and coffee shops. Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum are nearby. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away, and the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 86 Street Subway Station and M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance, making it convenient to travel throughout the city. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for safety and security. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are requested to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving. No parties, loud music, or smoking are allowed. Furniture and decor may vary from online photos as updates occur periodically. For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. Please coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance for a smooth check-in process. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival. Instructions will be provided closer to your check-in date. Please note: A $75 application fee may apply.
