Each unites are fully FURNISHED. The main floor is 1000 sqft with 2 beds and one bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the second is a queen murphy bed that converts to a desk. The basement unit is 700 sqft and has a queen bed. Each unit has it's own washer/dryer and full kitchen. $300 Pet Deposit and $35/month pet rent per pet. Credit score above 600, no evictions, and Background checks are required.

This is the downstairs unit in an up/down duplex. This fully FURNISHED unit is light and open and has a huge ensuite bathroom. 1 dog allowed for additional $35/month pet rent. The kitchen has new appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a desk, table and leather sofa. We provide everything you need from linens to dishes. HVAC is completely separated from upstairs allowing tenants their own control. Window units are provided in the summer time for a/c but typically not needed. You will have a designated parking space in the garage with some extra room for storage or a bike. Nice deck and patio to enjoy your coffee or meal (grill available too). The duplex is in a mature and quaint neighborhood walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, beautiful parks, and greenbelts. Also biking distance to more shopping and groceries. Two bus lines are within a few blocks from the duplex that takes you directly to downtown or the CU Health Anschutz Campus in Aurora.
