Awful property. Theft and drugs
First week I moved in (April/2019)my registration stickers were stolen off both my cars , One In The parking lot and the other parked in west 3rd. I was told by management (compass) before moving in that there are cameras for safety , when I I asked for the video tape to follow my police report Compass said there was no cameras, even though it clearly states on the signs by our garbage and there are cameras and everyone of our units parking lots. I found out who the sea flyers who happened to be a neighbor that lives three doors down openly admitted it, this neighbor is also a meth user or something he smoking off of foil directly in front of our house parked on West 3rd or in the parking lot along with four other neighbors in for other units across from me. My review is very poor because Not only was my registration stolen other neighbors have had several tools stolen license plate stolen and I have noticed the excessive drug use that’s being done in the open day and night will it be in the parking lot of Green Villa Apartments or right on West 3rd where we can all see it. SRPD does absolutely nothing to help they are useless. Management is even more useless they don’t come to fix anything, we were not even given a walk-through of our unit. When we moved in nothing was freshly cleaned painted and it smelled like old Mysty dog and socks.not only was my registration store and other neighbors have had several tools stolen license plate stolen and I have noticed the excess of drug use that’s being done in the open day and night will it be in the parking lot of Green Manor Apartments or right on West 3rd where we can all see it. As our PD does absolutely nothing to help they are useless. Management is even more useless they don’t come to fix anything, we were not even given a walk-through of our unit. When we moved in nothing was freshly cleaned painted and it smells like old musty dog and socks. The area isn’t even a good area I don’t know if it ever has been, but there are several neighbors that are tweakers constantly up all night going through garbage cans stealing stuff doing drugs in the open fights going on constantly right in front of our house my children are afraid, the first two months we lived in this unit the police were in our apartment area 12 times,
