About This Property

I’m renting out my unfurnished condo for a minimum year long lease. It is available immediately. It is located at 17th and Franklin—right next to St. Joseph Hospital. You will love this location. 17th street is full of great restaurants and coffee shops and downtown is a short mile bike ride away on the 16th street bike path. The unit is also directly next to a 7-eleven and Einstein Bagels. I’m looking for a renter who is clean and will treat my condo well. Rent payment includes water, trash, sewer, but I will ask that you pay the internet, gas, and electric bill. Payment will be required up front, and the lease can start any day of the month. I will also require a month’s rent for the security deposit. The building has a shared balcony and each of the two floors of my building have a washer and dryer. There is street parking available across the street and you can get all day parking permit from the City. Please no pets or smoking inside the unit. Please shoot me an email if you are interested.
