The space in the upstairs bedroom and basement allow for 3 separate living rooms, the main floor living space being available to you (has a fireplace!). Additional storage also available in the basement as well as the attached garage. Utilities are equally split between all 3 roommates and are ~$100 a month (gas, electric, wifi). Laundry is shared between tenants and in basement. Roomates late 20's/early 30s and are clean, respectful and lowkey and looking for someone who is the same.
