These 1 & 2 bedrooms have brand-new kitchens with new cabinets and stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. New designer flooring and designer lighting have also been added. Reed Park is situated on approximately 2 acres with private, oasis-like common grounds, on-site laundry, and plenty of off-street parking. Located at 1450 S. Reed in Lakewood, Reed Park Apartments are only 10 minutes from Downtown Denver and minutes from the Belmar shopping district with 22 city blocks of stores, a movie theater, bowling alley, Whole Foods and wonderful restaurants. - We speak Spanish - Application Fees: $49 Application Fee with approval. Must Pass Credit, Criminal and Eviction Checks.
