This apartment was nice and small. It was hard to keep clean because it is on the street and there is loose dirt in the front yard so with a slight breeze the dust comes through when you open the windows. So I kept my windows closed for most of the day and then the humidity in the room increased because of poor ventilation and loose dirt in the yard. If they kept up with the landscaping this place could be chill. The rent was stable which trumps the street parking and rampant parking tickets. Each side is a different day street sweeping and to the south is all permit parking so it was quite difficult to find easy street parking most days I was competing against all my other neighbors who don’t have parking. Everything was close by so if you find a spot you often tend to keep it and leave you car parked overnight and even then you are subject to a parking ticket. I got a ticket for being 1 foot into the red zone on my street because of how many cars have to find street parking the space allocation has to be perfect for another car to fit. So yeah the parking was a nightmare trying to move my car on days that I didn’t work in order to avoid getting another ticket. To say the least it had to be coordinated with my schedule and it was a hassle.
