Public buses include the Bx22, which runs along Unionport Road, the Bx4A, which runs along Metropolitan Avenue, and the Q44 bus, which stops near the No. 6 train. The BxM6 express bus stops in the center of Parkchester and makes its last stop in Manhattan at 23 St., on the southern border of Madison Square Park. The Cross-Bronx Parkway passes along the border with the South Condominium just under the No. 6 subway stop. The North Condo is bordered on the north by East Tremont Avenue and to the east and west by White Plains Road and Castle Hill Avenue. Unionport Road and Metropolitan Avenue intersect in the center of Parkchester. Parking via permit in the condominium's private lots is available for residents, and there are parking garages and street parking in the area.
