Lake Como is a small borough located just a couple of blocks inland from Belmar Beach. It’s a mostly residential community, with charming suburban-style homes filling most of the landscape. While there are several upscale homes in the community, the rental market is mostly composed of reasonably priced suburban-style houses, condos, and apartments.
