The building also includes a manned front desk to collect packages, a parking garage (spaces rent separately), a grilling area, and bike storage (for rent). The Dupont Circle neighborhood is nearly as amazing as the condo -- it boasts some of DC's best restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Great running trails abound and there's even a wonderful theater two blocks away. I usually walk or bike everywhere, but it's also a quick stroll to the metro -- two minutes to the Dupont Circle metro (red line) and 10 minutes walk to Farragut (Blue and Orange) and 15 min walk to U street (Green and Yellow). Partially accessible unit -- front door ramp and elevators to unit. Great for someone in a wheel chair with limited mobility. Here are the details about the condo: Six month minimum lease. Available to rent starting June 29th. One time $100 move in fee. Flat rate of $100/month for utilities. Building has a parking garage with units available to rent for residents based on availability.
