In addition to the two bedrooms is a finished loft, and a converted, finished garage (perfect for a workout area, workshop, etc...). The utility room is very large, and there are spaces for a full size washer and dryer. The lot is very large (almost ½ acre) with lots of trees, and there are no neighbors to the rear of the property. The location is very convenient. It is across the street from the north side Lowes, and has easy access to Kansas Expressway and Highway 13. This is a nice, clean house. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. All housing applicants subject to background and credit check. $750/month. Trash service and lawn service is included! No deposit. First and last month rent due at signing. ($1500 total).
