The open-concept living and dining area is thoughtfully furnished, and floor-to-ceiling windows open onto an oversized private bayview balcony. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. On-site dining, luggage storage, and valet parking are available for a daily fee of $48, paid directly to the building. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.
