The second enclosed bedroom features a queen bed, ample storage, and easy access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are well-appointed with clean finishes, large vanities, and thoughtful lighting. Your stay includes access to a hot tub, pool, gym, and sauna. Luggage storage is available and valet parking is the only available option with unlimited in/out privileges for a daily fee of $48, paid directly to the building. The apartment accommodates up to 4 adults and 3 children. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
